Bad service delivery.

This municipality draws blood out of poor residents especially the elderly! My mother is 65 cant walk or do anything for herself. Now they say her water bill is R 35 000 and she must pay it. I tried asking for the meter reading so I can compare it with the one on our premises and I was told to rather get the Municipal workers to come see where the water leakage might be. I did that and guess what I am still waiting for them to come till this day. What is one to do in this situation? because it is not fair honestly. The electricity and rent is a joke in the manner it is EXPENSIVE and you can only imagine at that age how the cold must be effecting her. I would never suggest for anyone to move to Randfontein no matter what you will sure regret it!
