Workmen Compensation for Injury on duty.
RMA Medical condition law for Incapacitated workers is unconstitutional and the law needs to be changed. I have been fired for incapacitated to work due to a work related injury and didn't receive any work compensation because of the present law easily rejecting members. I was told that Scans laying down for lower back injury are no good and that is the bases of my injury ruling was determined. The Scans has to be done standing rather than laying down. In February 2012 I was injured and in December 2015 the Mine Doctor together with Management Personal found me Incapacitated to work and I was fired without any compensation because RMA say case closed. I am still suffering and unable to walk for more than 15 minutes today June 2020. Having to use a Wheelchair to go out.
