Useless and no feedback

Had an accident in March 2021, work did not want to report it as IOD. Took about 8 months to get IOD report. I was then send for 2 back to back surgeries and in between the 2 the claim was then declined ( April 2022) because of new evidence. I was send home without a knee for 5 months with a type of cement in place of my knee which caused tissue and more nerve damage. After talking to CEO and said that it was not the right procedure and case was reopened. My last payment was in April 2023 and RMA said that Doctor must give final medical report, but Doctor doesn't want to till end of August because I'm still under medical treatment with inflammation etc. The person ( lizel) that said Docter must write a motivation on way it taking this long and send it yo RMA is now not answering and is never on office when I phone. What RMA doesn't seem to grip is that my treatment is taking longer due to them stopping in the middle of an medical procedure and they caused damage and now I'm not getting money and no feedback.
