Unauthorized Deductions

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally dispute and object to an insurance policy that was initiated under my name without my consent or authorization. I recently discovered deductions from my Persal account by your company, which I did not approve or apply for.

I did not sign any agreement, nor did I consent to be enrolled in any insurance product with your company. I request that you immediately cancel this policy and cease all deductions from my Persal account with immediate effect.

Furthermore, I demand a full refund of an amount deducted. as this deduction was unauthorized. Please provide written confirmation of the cancellation and a timeline for the refund.

Should this matter not be resolved within 3 working days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue to the relevant regulatory authorities, including the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), and seek legal assistance if necessary.
