Transfer of Class 13 employers

I decided to post another complaint as I don't get feedback from my first complaint. Glacier is not a Class 13 company. WCA informed RMA that we should remain with WCA, however now we paid RMA, and RMA ignored instructions from WCA. We already paid RMA 50%. I just don't get answers, or feedback, on how you are going to resolve this issue!! We have an invoice from WCA and RMA. WCA notified RMA. RMA did not remove Glacier from the list. Your staff are not helpful, and ignore emails.
