There we get scewed again by RMA

Today i phoned Rand Mutual to find out about the claim Sasol has put in by them.To my surprise i was told that i have less that 10%hearing loss and they did send the documents to Sasol.I also ask them if i do have less than 10%hearing loss why did Sasol phase me out for medical impairment.Why then did they not tell Sasol to reinstate me if it is their findings.Sorry they cannot do that.Rma has become just as ******* like any other business and they will ***** you everywhere they can.So yes why do company's still waiste their time and money ons RMA for ******* dealings where they will makes sure they find a excuse not to pay people.I paid alot of money for hearing aids out of my own pocket not a single cent recieved by Sasol nor RMA.So who would be *****ed next by RMA.
