RMA Service Pathetic

Dismal service. Submitted a claim in December 2022, to date nothing has been done. Employees do not know procedures, they are not customer friendly, drop the calls while you are speaking to them. Escalated my query to the complaints department, after speaking to team leaders, who couldn't help. Complaints deparment sent an e-mail saying the problem would be resolved, to date it is still not resolved.
