Rma payouts

I have an I.o.d claim with rma , and everytime I call it's always a different story , most off the time people will call back but no1 ends up calling, it takes them more than 5 months to process a claim , terrible service , me as a client should receive good service but not with rma , I have to keep calling on a daily basis to say the same thing over and over , because of not looking through the documents properly it effects the delay off the payout , whenever I call, different people with different stories, only God knows what goes on, unfortunately because of my injury on duty I'm dependent on the income and these people take thier own time to get things done.
