RMA not honouring their promise

Sometime In February we were visited by RMA agent at my work place. They said they will consolidate all my policies into one policy and stop all the other policies from deducting, few months later the deduction went off my payslip but it was RMA and my other policies as well, this was I ended up paying double. I called RMA In March and requested that they cancel my policy and refund me my money and they said they would but it didn't happen.Only in August they said I should write a letter of which I did on the 7th August 2025, only in September their deduction stopped. They said they would refund me my premiums on the 30 September 2025, but till today. I call them time and time again, with five different people to date, but I'm not getting any assistance at all. I even took an Uber paid close to R700 to get to their offices but I'm not getting any assistance. I just need my premiums refunded to me and this goes back to March already.
