RMA lies and bully tactics

I was reported by Sasol on januarie 2021 due to hearingloss and being put off for medical impairment.I recieved a claim number from RMA but everytime then they come with stories they are waiting for documents and this is going on now for months.Last week i caught them out telling lies and when i mentioned the person just spoken to them earlier oh we do have everthing now.This morning it's again of they did not receive a email from Sasol and waiting for documents.Normally the put you on hold to go into their systems but today this person just say they wait for documents.Does this person think we are stupid??I also did hear another insurance company took over at RMA and a person cannot help to think they refuse to pay out.We are being fed to the wolves by these companies and claims are not being paid out
