RMA **** about payments

<p>I was injuries in 1990 and until September 2015 received no compensation or any money for lost hours. After complaining even the Vincent Maphai the chairman of the Board and Koos Bezuidenhout a member of the Board a tribunal was arranged. Since January 2016 I requested proof of payments which alleged was made but received none. During the tribunal the legal representative Mavhangu Ramurunzi gave the tribunal and myself a payment list. He said all payments was made to the chamber of mines and that I must ask my money from them. He said to print the proof of payments will take several minutes but never gave us the proof. I went to the chamber of mines and after one month and nine days the chamber is still waiting for the proof of payments. I constantly send emails to Mavhangu Ramurunzi,Ria Rheerders the Carltonville branch manager,Usela Hasernkopf the personnel assistant to the CEO, Vincent Maphai and Koos Bezuidenhout but receive no communication. After the chamber of mines legal team forwarded a letter to RMA ,I received a letter whereby RMA want power of attorney on my bank account. I checkedvthe alleged proof of payment and found that RMA captured in 1900 expended on my name even before my deceased parents were born. There is also various other discrepancies on the list and it was brought to the CEO,Koos aand Vincent Maphais attention with no luck from their side to resolve this issue.</p>
