RMA IS USELESS
I have been trying to get authorization from Rand Mutual Assurance for 2 weeks. The doctor sent through authorization and nothing was done. I sent it and nothing was done. I phone them and they say they pick it up and still nothing is done. HOW DO THEY ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB. You cant get a straight answer from these people.
