Rma is good for nothing they should rather close their doors and give this contract to a company that is willing to do the job!!!

I laid a complaint on Friday already and yet again rma is just ignoring me. How can a person struggle to sort out a claim from 2010 now it's 2018. When will rma take liability when will they get their things in order. I see complaining on hello Peter also don't seem to be working because they just call you to make as if they will be attending to your complaint then just leave it like that again. I urgently need to see a doctor regarding to my injuries and it just seems like it doesn't matter to them I wish I could post the emails and correspondence messages here so everyone can see just what a **** company rma really is. They always have excuses and never resolve any problems. If my health must decrease any further information will launch a civil claim against rma. I will also go straight to the ombudsman for assistance because rma is not willing to assist and I can't carry on this way I'm the sole breadwinner at home and if something must happen to me who will take care of my family. I'm so angry frustrated and annoyed by rma attitude really. I didn't ask to be in this position and rma should make this their priority to resolve the issues but they don't. They think because I earn a small pension for my leg I must just forget about the other issues and my health. I'm done I will definitely take this further.
