RMA can't do basic Data capturing.

Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) operates a broken, negligent administrative system that severely prejudices injured workers.

Following a flawed "No Permanent Disablement (PD)" determination on my Injury on Duty claim, I submitted a comprehensive formal objection on 27 August 2026. This included extensive medical evidence (Specialist Orthopedic evaluations, Functional Capacity Evaluations, and a Consolidated Medical Assessment certifying permanent occupational unfitness under ICD-10 M47.86).

The submission was transmitted directly to ***, ***, and ***.

The breakdown in basic competency since that date is staggering:

Phantom Tracking: The RMA Contact Centre officially issued Query Reference Number *** confirming receipt. False Assurances: When I called mid-September to track progress, an agent falsely assured me that the objection was actively "under review." The 6-Week Black Hole: On a recorded follow-up call today (07 October 2026), an agent checked the system only to reveal that not a single page of my objection or medical documentation has ever been indexed or uploaded to the claim file.

RMA took six weeks of my life, issued a reference number that led to nothing, gave false telephone updates, and completely failed to upload documents that were in their possession since August.

When challenged, the call center's answer was that "only RMA Scannings has access to index" and that an objection review "can take months anyway."

It is completely unacceptable to tell an injured, vulnerable worker who is currently without income due to workplace incapacity that six weeks were wasted because RMA staff cannot perform basic data capture. What is the purpose of issuing reference numbers if emails sent to your published addresses are simply ignored?

Immediate Demands:

Senior management intervention from the Disputed Claims / Legal department. Immediate tracing and manual indexing of the complete medical objection submitted on 27 August 2026 (and re-sent on 06 October 2026). Written confirmation of receipt and an expedited review timeline to compensate for the six weeks lost exclusively due to RMA's internal negligence.
