RMA asked me for a Medical Report but after a week I did not get any feedback.

As expected after the first Hellopeter RMA contacted me with a sweet tooth for their normal excuses. RMA asked for Medical reports. My answer to that is that I stopped going to Doctors because it was just a waist of time because I don’t have the finances to support Doctors expenses. They also said that it was a old injury. I said that I have had many injuries in my life, and has always, I recovered from it, except for this one in February 2012 I had one most painfully like no other. And Today I am still handicap from it. In 2015 I was fired from Gold1 because the Mine Doctor and Management found me Incapacitate to work without Workmanship Compensation or Back Operation since it was a work reported injury RMA just ignored my situation with lots of excuses. In many cases RMA failed to pay Doctors Consultation as well. At the time I was working for Gold1 since 2010. but worked for the Mines in general since 1989. I only had 2 reported injuries reported to RMA. One in 1995 for my Knee and the other in 2012 for my Back. O yes! In 2015 also reported because the Mine wanted me to go back to my duties but I was not able just as I am now still incapacitated. Like always I was very active and strong able to take everything work demanded. In 2012 after my injury I was unable to recover and after so may pain complaints! No one took notice as well as RMA failing to provide Medical support when I sent a request for a Operation from DR. LOUIS FRANCOIS OELOFSE. RMA claimed that my case was closed. Now they say Old Injury. As a matter of fact I am still in PAIN and handicap I can only walk for about 20 to 30 Minutes with a Lower Back Support Belt that I where it 14 Hours per Day and have a Wheelchair S****** to assist me If I have to walk more then 20 Minutes. This condition has also evolved to a Trauma situation I find myself planing for the next day things to do and if I don’t writ it down I cannot remember. RMA contacted me in June 2020 for my case because I wrote to Hellopeter. RMA sent me a Medical Form to be completed. I look for the best Spine Specialist for a Medical report and sent to RMA on the 27th Oct. I haven’t heard a thing. The Medical report was extremely expensive for me because I don’t have a income. It took me a few months to gather some finances for this but I knew that I had to do it so that today I can actually write again. Hopefully one day I will gain the strength to make a YouTube documentary of my case since I have all saved Documents to sustain my case in Public. If anyone wants to contact me!
