RMA and life threatening emergencies
RMA needs an emergency procedure for IOD's. We had a horiffic accident at our company where someone lost some fingers. Firstly, you need to phone the call centre to go through giving the details of an employee, when he started working at the company, is he married, what is his address..... this wastes precious time when there is a LIFE THREATENING EMERGENCY. A hospital will not attend to the injured without this paperwork. Prior to moving to RMA all you needed was a WCL2 form filled in and that was it. Something needs to change. RMA needs to urgently look into their processes.
