Rand Mutual Assurance doesnt care

2023/01/25 i got injured at work . After a huge struggle to get them to get all the neccesary paperwork loaded on the system . Almost 17 months since the date of the injury on duty . I phoned them trying to find out if there is no increases on the payments . So if you get hurt and get booked off . You can expect to get the same pay for 2 years if you are unable to go back to work . Rand Muttual does not care about the yearly increases given , they only care about the 6 months before you got injured . So no matter about inflation or minimun goverment increases .
