Poor Service and Accountability from RMA

RMA has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my policy in August 2025, yet they continued taking money from my account after cancellation. Since then I have been fighting to get my refund, and it has been nothing but delays, excuses, and broken promises.

I submitted every document they requested in November and was told the refund would be processed within a week. That same promise has been repeated over and over with zero action. Months later, I still have no refund. No follow-up emails. No accountability. No real assistance. Calling them is a waste of time, you get told what you want to hear just to get you off the phone.

This feels dishonest and completely disrespectful to customers. A company should not have to be chased for money they wrongfully deducted. The level of incompetence and poor service is unacceptable. I regret ever doing business with RMA and would strongly warn others to think twice before signing up.

Still No Feedback or Resolution from RMA / Matla Life

Despite RMA’s public acknowledgment of my initial complaint, I still have not received any real feedback, assistance, or resolution from either RMA or Matla Life. The acknowledgement appears to have been nothing more than a standard response, because nothing has progressed since.

After cancelling my policy in August 2025, money continued to be deducted from my account. I provided all required documents in November, and I was repeatedly promised a refund within a week. Months later, I am still waiting.

I have now been informed that my issue is supposedly the fault of Matla Life, who RMA says caused the delay, yet neither company is taking responsibility, and I am left stuck in the middle with no outcomes.

What is even more disappointing is that I made RMA aware in January that I had recently welcomed a newborn baby, and that the refund would significantly help during this period. Unfortunately, this information seems to have made no difference to the urgency or care shown by either RMA or Matla Life.

Since the public response on this platform, I have received no effective communication, no meaningful updates, and no attempt to manage my expectations. The lack of accountability and urgency from both parties is extremely disheartening.

At this stage, I am exploring all avenues to resolve this matter without escalating it administratively. If RMA believes that visiting their offices in person will finally result in proper assistance, clarity, and action, I am willing to do so, but I need this guidance confirmed.

I simply want what is owed to me, and for this long‑standing issue to be taken seriously.
