They have huge lack of communication, when it comes to payment arrangements. If you email your POP for updated Letter of Good standing, they NEVER EMAIL YOUR LETTER OF GOOD STANDING, you always have to follow up with them. We always pay them well in advance because of their lack of response with the intention of getting our Letter of Good standing expiry date at the last day of the month. however, they issue it on the date of payment, which is absurd... because they don't EMAIL the Letter of Good standing on that date of payment, they email it 10 or more days after a person follow up on it.
