No feedback on dissapearing information

Can i please recieve assistance with paperwork that was indexed and lost somewhere in the process . Medical certificate and progress report for 01August2023-31August2023 . I sent it 31 July , 18 August , 22 August , 7 September and 12 September to multiple email addresses . Payment for this was made up until 24 August and then all information "disapeared" ? This was escalated on a previous date for information not being loaded and to be made as a weekly payment .

Newest medical certificate and progress report 01September2023-31October2023 was sent 04 September , 7 September and 12 September . It was also sent to multiple email addresses , but still not indexed

Feedback would be apperciated on this matter . As it is gets swept under the rug and nobody gives any answers as to what is going on . I just get told that the dont know why this happened and that they wil refer it to somebody else by call centre agents
