No Compensation???

I wrote previously about my problems with Rand Mutual. My injury was reviewed and it was decided that my injury was calculated at 27%. Today I was informed that I might not receive any compensation. I was already informed what the amount is going to be. Now it is above the team leaders limit. I don't know where to go anymore. I lost income for the days I was not at work because of surgeries. My hand is scarred for life and I have pain almost every day. Is this how RMA treat their clients? I am really disappointed by th level of service.
