Claim No X/***/1/T012/23/pev Id No *** cell No *** HI, Its been 16 months since i had my work accident. It was on the 19 Jan 2023. Since day one i have been in severe pain because of broken fractures. The treating neurosurgeon did all that he can till the final option was to do a spinal cord simulator inplant. The 1st one was a Fail and he did it again and it work only for a week.I had to travel from vanderbijlpark to pretoria again to re-program the simulator but they inform me that the simulator cords is damage by the surgeon when they redo the procedures. while at the Dockter's rooms that supply and re program the simulator he notice that the pain is not coming from the lower back but from the nerves on the hips. Dr Raath immediately give me a pair of injections on the hips and in a matter of seconds the pain was gone. He detects the sores of pain and they immediately apply for authorization to do a small procedure to ease my pain permanently. The injections was just temporary to locate the point of the pain. They are battling now for weeks just to get their attention. Please I'm in pain for 16 months now.Im also battling to get my 3 months script delivered.it take so long to get authorization by the time they did the delivery i had to do the application again but the script still stands. If you e-mail they give you a query number that is logged but no response. Please RMA I'm in severe pain for 16 months and need your assistance for the procedures and pain medication. How long do i have to wait to be able to walk, sit and lay down again. My current threating dockter is DR R.P.Raath in Netcare Jakaranda hospital in pretoria. *** *** and is just waiting for an awnsure from RMA. I have to go for a follow up consultation to my Neurosurgeon who did the inplant.Hes options has come to an end. The only option is to remove the implant because its damage and had to be redone or removed. He cannot cut again to remove the broken fractures because there's a huge possibility for the spinal fluid to leak again. How can i contact RMA to give me feedback to solve my pain as soon as possible. I'm begging for hel**** months is no joke to live severe back pain. Regards N.J.Kruger.
