My greatest disappointment with RMA
I signed up with RMA last year (2024) and I was not served well . I communicated with my then agent Tebogo Mogojoe about my dissatisfaction with the policy but it didn’t help . I then decided to cancel and end my contract with RMA . They deducted R990 from my salary for 4 months even though I made them aware that I wasn’t interested anymore. I asked for my money to be paid back . They said they will only pay me back one month premium , which they never did .
I am very disappointed at the service that I have received .
