I had an IOD on the 13th Jan 2016. 3 operations and my ankle is still not right, I can barely walk, cannot walk. I am still waiting for my salary to be paid for June, July, Aug & Sept this year. They don't want to pay it out. All the paper work is on date. They now say the documentation has been sent to there records department. I am going in for another operation in Oct and will be on sick leave for 4 to 6 months. I am too scared to go for the operation as they won't pay out my salary, I don't know what to do. Please can you advise me on what to do with this matter.
