Kindly assist with my refund for 5 months.

I have cancelled a policy on February 2023 and requested to be refunded my premium. Up to today 29 June 2023 I have not received even a single cent of my refund and worse RMA is still debiting me every month. I keep calling everyday and I get no assistance in-fact they hang up on me when they hear my name. I am extremely angry and I want my money. One consultant told me my matter will be resolved in 3-5 working days after I emailed my proof of banking details and my payslips to show they have been debiting, its a month now and I have not been assisted. I pray and hope that company falls down because they take people for granted.
