Incompetence of rma employees

<p>It's been past a year and still submitting documents to rma.. I do have another document for the employer to sign for but having hard time retrieving... Last month I did a follow up to find out if they have sent the employer the doc for signing and they said yes, but when I had followed up on the employer a week later they told me that no document was received.. I had then contacted rma and asked if the document could be sent to me so that I could get it signed and sent back soon as possible.. they told me that rma will contact me soon... I have been on long phone calls and email but still I have not received any feedback till date.</p>
