I'm very disappointed 😡

My son's father passed away and after submitting and filling in all the necessary documents and sending them to RMA, 2023 my son started getting pension every month at that time, he was 16 years doing Grade 9 and on the documents submitted there's was proof of school letter stating that my son is in grade 9 by that time. RMA told me that if the child turns 18 years he will not get pension fund anymore unless he's still at school and there must be proof sent. This year 2025 May 16 my son turned 18 years and he is still at school doing Grade 11 and dependant on this pension fund as I have no full time job currently, this pension is what pays his school fees, school transport, food and his needs. I sent proof of a school letter on email to their pensions department and as well as to their employees email named Olivia, to prove that my child is still in school and is still dependent on this pension, but they never bothered to respond, this month June they cut off my son's pension without any communication whatsoever even after the proof I sent, he was supposed to get his pension last week Friday the 20th of June like other kids of his father but he didn't get even a cent, he has no money for he's needs and school needs.
