I need a letter of Good standing

I am trying to get a letter of Good standing and they are telling me to wait three months as they have to get a BP number from the Compensation. I told them I do have the BP number, now they are telling me they need a screenshot, which will take three weeks to obtain. So now my company must be non compliant because of the screenshot from the Compensation.
