Generating Letter of Good Standing

A Letter of Good Standing is a vital document for any company to do business in SA. Our company was moved from the Dept of Labour to RMA. It has proven extremely difficult to register with them, no help tab on their web site. Their options when phoning the call centre do not cater for registration of new businesses or LOGS. Emails that are sent to their contact centre generate an automated reply but nothing further transpires. I do not consider myself technologically challenged but this process has been a real challenge and i still do not have a LOGS. There is now a system error, am I the only one experiencing this problem.
