Fighting a endless battle with the worst people I know and tired of them running away from their responsibilities!!!

They are the most *********** people to deal with. I'm being struggling since 2010 for them to sort out my claim as they closed my case after just paying me out for my limb that I lost. But they never take in concentration my other injuries I sustained. I was almost dead in a mine accident and lost my job because of that now I still have to pay for my own medical cost where as rand mutual is liable to take the cost. They quick to close the case because they don't like to pay for the things they liable to pay for. I'm fighting a endless battle with no positive outcome. My file is assigned to a Mr Jabulani from witbank branch and he is the worst person to deal with he even blocked my number from his phone so I can't call him. I asked numerous times to move my document's from him but even his team leader doesn't want to. I'm so fed up with they're **** service and wish that somebody can read this and assist me with a positive way forward as I'm done with dealing with people that don't want to assist my family is suffering because of them. I lost my leg and need to go for a operation because my leg is getting worse the doctor said I'm going to loose another part of it if I don't get a operation soon and they just don't care. Please can someone assist me with dealing with this people.
