Empty Promises !
Previously I mentioned RMA's total lack of customer service. Only after posting a post on this platform was I contacted and their main concern was about the post. So I informed them about my frustrations with them not answering phone calls nor e-mails nor the online message system on their own website. They didn't seem to know why I was complaining because the person calling me didn't check for my previous communications with them. I was promised quick reaction and was asked to send an email which I did. Now, a week later and still crickets ...
