Rand Mutual please assist wiith the outcome of my claim. I am waiting since the 18th of June for an email and call since you wrote on hellopeter that my claim was resolved. I phoned at least three (3) times since the comment was posted on hellopeter from RMA but all of the agents says I must wait 3-5 days because the case is still with the medical panel. Please RMA send an email for my records.
