Disgruntle RMA u failed

So we called RMA on the 8 Septmeber 2025 for the first time to register. Never heard of them namely calls emails .Nothing After calling on the 8th I am told i owe 12k as from 2015. WHAT!!!WHY do i have to find out in this manner If one is behind u email call or do what ever it takes 10 years u waited me to join RMA to tell me I was A member since 2015. I have no knowledge of this and never heard from u people. Is someone justnout there to **** me .I need answers I am a new member and only paying what is due for 2025. OUR no Is
