Delay in payout due to your rules
14 days for payout - absolute shock. My aunt has a policy with Tshebedino. We couldn't use them as an undertaker because we had a better option with Sophema offering a good package. How does a funeral policy whether taking money or their package want and expect you to wait 14 days for a payout in these times. Tshebedisano needs a serious wake up call. We need that money to pay off debts and we need it now. You are their underwriter and it seems you are the reason for the delay.

All documents certified were submitted on Monday last week
I asked what could cause delay
They said the choice to not use them for the burial is going to be the delay
Which is absurd
I asked again so is that punishment for not using your services abs they said no Rma also can delay the payment
Anyway
