Dear RMA Management and Human Resources,

I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint concerning Ms Noluyolo Ngobese, whom I understand to be employed by RMA.

Ms Ngobese approached me with a promise of employment and, relying on her representations, I paid her an amount of R1,000.00 in connection with the promised job opportunity. Since making this payment, I have been unable to obtain a satisfactory response from her, and she has become unresponsive despite the seriousness of the matter.

I consider this situation extremely concerning. Employment opportunities are a matter of great importance, particularly for individuals who are actively seeking work and trying to improve their circumstances. To make a payment in good faith based on a promise of employment, only to be left without the promised opportunity, a clear explanation, or communication, has caused me considerable concern.

I wish to make it clear that I did not make this payment without reason.
