Compensation Fund actually seems better next to RM

Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at RMA. After much miscommunication and confusion initially (won't go into detail), our company finally registered for online services with RMA after receiving a threatening LOD! First invoice was paid on 14 July and second one on 16 July. Initial proof of payment of R7866 was emailed to M Laka, RMACollections and D Mphahlele. M Laka acknowledged receipt of payment per return email on 15 July. We received phone calls yesterday and this morning from Underwriting and M Radebe making enquiries about this payment which incidentally was FNB to FNB! We also telephonically advised Vivian and Sifiso that both payments were made. Sifiso was very helpful yesterday and actually arranged for a letter of good standing to be issued to us. Please streamline your computer network so that your call centre agents and underwriting keep abreast with payments and important communications. You provide the RMACollections email for remittance of payments, however this proves futile when they seem evidently clueless about payments and allocation thereof. Afford us the courtesy of confirmation of an update of our contact details and resolution hereof.
