I'm very disappointed how RMA treated me with my claims pay out they promised 48 hours but I'm waiting for a week

I wrote a complain last month about the delayed funeral claim of my client I am experiacing the very same problem this month i sent the claim on 10 November 2025 until now is not paid RMA does not take a funeral serious people have to struggle to bury their love ones while they were paying for time lake this 48hrs is 48 months .
