Catastrophic System Upgrade: RMA is Withholding Payments and Starving Injured Workers

I am currently facing financial ruin—unable to pay my rent or buy groceries this month—entirely due to Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) rolling out a broken new IT system.

My healthcare provider (Practice Number ***) submitted a critical medical invoice to RMA’s medical benefits department over a week ago, and resubmitted it again this week. Upon calling the RMA contact center, I was casually informed that due to a "technical issue" and a "backlog" with their brand-new system, they cannot even see if the invoice has been received, let alone process it for payment.

Because this invoice is trapped in RMA's system failure, the medical practice is rightfully withholding my final assessment report. Because that report is stalled, my entire Temporary Total Disablement (TTD) benefit is completely frozen. I am sitting at home with zero income because RMA decided to launch a new digital platform without a functional backup plan or manual override for critical payments.

The call center’s only advice was to "try calling back next week." This is a completely unacceptable response from an organization meant to protect injured workers. You cannot play games with people's livelihoods when basic survival is on the line.

I urgently need a senior claims adjudicator or technical manager to manually locate this invoice, clear the payment to the provider, and unblock my TTD claim immediately.
