Good morning Id like to inform people of S.A that this rma company is a **** they take your money and when u wana cancel for their poor service delivery to get ur money back they delay u like ****.
I've been wanting to cancel this policy since last week and wow it's been a story just to cancel it but I've managed to do so after i don't know how long..now it's time for them to refund me they ignore my emails i can't call them the retentions department are useless since they have asked me for my bank confirmation letter nd payslip for my refund which I've send to them but they haven't said **** ever since that day I've send the email.
It's so sad that a place like this can be so *********** and useless
Retention department Is so useless its like they wana bully me for my own money.
Can i have my money back cos i won't stop writing about this bull**** company

Imagine me asking the same thing since last week...my refund!!!if something was to happen nd u claim this just shows u how long this place wil take to payout joh hai they take forever to respond even if u call
