Bad service

So here we go again...

On the 30th June i have emailed my final medical report again like they asked me today is the 4th August i still didn't get any email back... Or they never contacted me like they said they will...

The last call was in middle of June... I have emailed everything so many times and everytime they didn't receive it according to them... I'm really getting tired of this... The last call on June according to that guy i don't have permanent damage i told him i do have because i have plate and bolts in my mouth that will be there forever... Because of that i can't eat normally or my words doesn't come out normally... Because of that there are many days i have alot of pain... On the final medical report it stated the permanent damage was caused by the accident...

How long must i still wait for my compensation? There are guys that only waited 30 days and I'm waiting for mine since April...
