So i have decided to write an review....
On the 16the February 2025 i was in a accident on my way to work... Now after everything my safety officer did submit my final medical report and all the other documents on the 13th May so that RMA can pay out the compensation to me... When i contacted them according to them they didn't receive it so i did send it to them also last week and when i asked them now again according to them they didn't receive the medical report yet... My safety did show me 2 days ago he did email them the final medical report with the other documents... I also have proof that i emailed it to them... They even send me an email saying "Thank you your documents was send through to the Record department it will take upto 3 working days".. Clearly this is a struggle to get RMA to pay out my compensation... Must i involve a lawyer?
