Ask for bonus

I received a pension for last 20 years from them. Today for first time i only send email and ask???? If there isnt maybe a small bonus. The person told me its not part of covid 19. I no that. We cant claim any covid 19 funds. But the best part when i said lot off people suffer. He told me that he is also suffering. I mean he is working and that wasnt what i asked. I dont think he did his job.
