ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I have never been so furious and disgusted with the level of service as I am now with RAM.. Infact this is the second time they do this TO ME!!!! They are supposed to refund me my money. I sent them my proof of payment on the 3 August via email, I whatsapped the Debtors Manager (Tshepiso Lesitha) who ignored my whatsapps and only got back to me a few days later. Called the company numerous times only to be sent from pillar to post. I received an email from both Tshepiso and Thembi Boysen on Thursday after threatening to write a bad review saying the refund has been processed and should be in my back account latest Friday. TO DATE I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED ANY PAYMENT FROM THEM. I have emailed them at 08:00 this morning, It is now 2 hours later, STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!!
