Unbelievable Experience - ******** nurses

I am displeased with the level of service the night nurse provide to the community on this date (24 of March 2023), my nephew was rushed there due to first experience of seizure and they were just not interested in what the child was doing, and when we told the nurse what transpired to the child she seem clueless and didn’t even give us advise on what we should do if the child experience the seizure again the child was just discharged with nothing..

My nephew is suffering from mumps which according to the nurse it is common during this time a lot of kids are experiencing it, my nephew’s temperature was sky rocking but the nurse couldn’t even tell me the seizures might have caused by the fever not even to monitor or give us something to assist with the fever…

As I am typing this my nephew experienced another seizure thanks to a qualified expect of Nurses around the world who assisted me online, I am busy monitoring his temperature it is normal now and he finally slept. I learn online from the nurses the symptoms, and post seizure symptoms what he will do and they helped me to calm down

So the women who have kids and some have grandchildren couldn’t assist someone in the community who needed help. How can we trust this people to assist us. Nurses from Ramokonopi y’all need to go back and learn efficient customer service and mostly Bathi pele principal that is pasted on your walls that u ignore each and every day. And it is sad that you took that role to serve the community.

Really disappointing on you especially women who have carried babies in their wombs. I pray you don’t experience such treatment that u give to the community.
