Good day i was at Ramokonopi clinic yesterday in the evening around 21:45 and i left there around 00:55 but waiting wasn’t a problem at all, my 4 year old daughter came home from school okay and started voming maby 30 min later that was around 15:30 and i tout maby she will get better but she ended up having a runny tummy and more vomiting i started panicking as late as it was we bolted to ramokonopi clinic did what we have to do and followed the que as we were on the que the other lady started fighting the other female nurse and I thought maby she was being rude but no after i also god treated bad and like im a young stupid girl i felt they deserve to be beaten up also . When it wa my turn to go in with girl The female nurse by the name (SN Ndlela) asked me “What’s wrong with the child” I explained that my daughter is vomiting and she has a runny tummy, with attitude she shouted me and told me that the same clinic card im holding has a receipt for a drip inside we like bringing kids to the clinic for nothing “ talking to me like i’m some sort of a kid” i just kept quiet cos i needed help, she gave me one syrup medication and brought a pack of something written dehydrate something dropped it on the table and told thats what you had to prepare at home and i told her I didn’t know she kept on shouting moving around helping other people on the other side and explained how to take med and Gosh when i asked her that the meds are gonna help the pain in her tummy yhoo she showed off and told me i never mentioned anything about the pain ukuthi bekaphakama ayaphi futhi I dont know i sat there and after a while she took out the painblok syrup and told me we are done… I couldn’t be surprised bumping into a harshe at the door coming to pick up a dead body this people are really gambling with people’s lives…..the way i felt she was just chasing us i felt a need to google if the medication was correct when we get home. The nurse treated me so bad i left there hurt and feeling like an idiot because of how she approached and my daughter still in the same state as she arrived.
