Horrifying service from maternity a clinic

On the 6th of May 2018 I experienced severe contractions that lead me to go to a maternity clinic called Ramokunupi M.O.U in Katlehong. I arrived there at 17:00 and nurses checked me and they said I will sleep over because the baby is coming. I then was put in a cardiotocography to check the baby's heart rate. I then was taken into another room and I was told to lay there they will come check the baby's heart rate again at 21:30. The nurse who was checking me changed shifts at 19:00 with another nurse. As I was laying alone there, the nurses that reported to work at 19:00did not come to check how I'm progressing. Contractions were becoming severe and I was screaming and they heard but nobody came. I screamed to a point where my water broke I then called on them and told them that my water broke and they came but they did not show sense of urgency they just said I should stop being dramatic and shut up. Nurse P. Dibalwana checked my dilation and she said I should get up and go to the Labour room leading the way. I could not get up because the contractions were worse, I could not feel my legs and contractions were 5 seconds intervals. I was in no position to get up. Then she shouted and said I should get up and walk to the other room, I told her I can't because the pain is just too much. One colleague came in and joined her she also ordered me to get up. They then said since I’m stubborn and I don't want to get up I will give birth on my own and they went back to where they were sitting. Immediately after they left the baby came out and she was crying helplessly closer to my feet , that’s when nurse P. Dibalwana came back and she was dragging her feet, she did not seem to be bothered. She cut the umbilical cord and took the baby to another room and she came back to attend me. She removed the placenta and she told me that I'm torn and if I had listened to them gotten up I wouldn't have torn. She then stitched me and told me to go to another room. If I had gotten up from that bed chances are I would have given birth while walking behind them. I would appreciate your help because I really need something done about this nurse and the Clinic, because I am emotionally scarred by this experience and if this is their behaviour chances are this is how they treat most (if not all their) patients.
