ZERO SERVICE, ZERO DELIVERY, UNWILLING TO ASSIST

I have packages for next day delivery. My order was collected from the supplier on Saturday and has now been at RAM Pretoria for 2 days without any movement. I contacted your customer service department yesterday and spoke to Ntombi and today and spoke to Lebogang and Raymond. they have escalated the non-delivery of the package to your operations manager at the Pretoria Depot and there is still no feedback. I urgently require the packages today as I need to transport the goods to Cape Town with me on a flight first thing tomorrow morning. If the packages are not delivered will RAM courier the goods at their cost to Cape Town? This is shocking service as all I'm told is customer care has done their job and managers don't take calls and you cant reach the depot directly. You also cannot log a complaint on their website as it says invalid CAPTCHA but doesn't provide the CAPTCHA.
