Zero regard for customers

You guys are full of trash. We are peak covid with slow government system that don’t allow us to have updated license or get new IDs. Why can’t you update your systems to accept expired licenses when collecting parcels.

You left with my parcel that I’ve been waiting on for so long because my ID is expired by a month. You have absolutely no customer sympathy and it’s a ****** shame.
