Zero feedback/ late deliveries.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past three days via whatsapp and direct calls and have still gotten no responses up till now.I am travelling this weekend and was hoping to get my parcels before hand but its been in the same place for two days now. Such terrible customer service and communication.
