Zero Customer service, not the first time, I shouldve taken note the first time it happened.

They have an advert on their website 'R99 for any parcel up to 2kg, nationwide'. They have nothing to indicate that its for select clients only so when I tried to make use of the service, i was sent from pillar to post, was being spoken to like an idiot who didnt know what I was talking about when I queried why they have this advert but have no intention to honour it. 3 different people gave me different reasons (making their word *************). Finally, from someone at customer services, (it took me hours and hours of speaking to different people) to get an email (they do not actually have any form of workflow for troubleshooting but at their customer services there's one person who said to me that I 'SHOULD' know that its not something that is available for me as a Takealot Seller. Nowhere on the advert or the Terms and Conditions does it state this at all. As I said, 3 different people at their point of contacts, told me 3 different things. One said its not available, another said its not for me, another said (this was the Supervisor) that it IS available yet when I emailed him to speak about how I was being spoken to in a rude manner, he blanked out what I was saying and simply overturned his earlier statement that it is available. Back to square one. I wrote to him to thank him for clearing up how badly they treat people, by blanking out my concerns and not at all even mentioning it. He briefly explained how to book up a parcel - probably just pretending to be polite because that was not AT ALL what the issue was. I knew how to book up a parcel as I had done it several times before. That one person who 'handles' customer services, she really just does as she sees fit, speaks to people according to her moods, I was so disappointed. She has ZERO training on client centric behaviour. They've done a good job putting me off sending anything today.
